Mood weather is one mark a day. Choose the weather that feels closest right now, leave a short note if you want, and read a blank calendar cell as a day that has not been recorded.
One mark, and only one, for the day
Mood weather is the recording entry on the SoulMart home preview. The line beside it reads 点一下，记录今天的心情: tap once and record how today feels. The screen states the rule in plain language: you can record only once a day, and you should choose the weather that feels most like this moment. The mark is one closest label, not a long form that splits a mood into many scores. You can see the entry on the shop front at https://ajuno.xibalans.com/soulmart. A route that actually saves the day to an account requires login.
"Once" means one choice for that day. This guide does not invent an edit, undo, or backfill flow. When the record screen is open, the instruction is to pick the closest weather. Closest is an approximate fit. The product does not ask you to prove that the word is a perfect scientific category.
Twelve weathers and the line beside each one
The current set has twelve weather words, each with a short line. 晴, clear: 有能量，心里亮着, there is energy and something bright inside. 阴, overcast: 低低的，提不起劲, low, and hard to get moving. 雨, rain: 委屈，想哭一会, wronged, and wanting to cry for a while. 雾, fog: 迷茫，看不太清, lost, and unable to see clearly. 风, wind: 烦躁，心坐不住, irritable, and unable to sit still. 雷, thunder: 生气，被触发了, angry, and set off. 雪, snow: 麻木，有点冷掉, numb, and a bit gone cold. 晚霞, sunset glow: 释然，慢慢松开, released, slowly letting go. 彩虹, rainbow: 被安慰，还有希望, comforted, and still holding some hope. 星夜, starry night: 孤独，想被陪着, lonely, and wanting company. 潮汐, tide: 焦虑，起伏很大, anxious, with large rises and falls. 花开, blossom: 正在恢复，慢慢长回, recovering, slowly growing back.
Those lines sit on the choices so you can recognize which one is closer. They are not a personality result, and they are not a verdict on the whole day. Energy, grievance, irritability, numbness, release, and loneliness can all be available in the list while you still select only the one that fits this moment best.
What a blank cell on the calendar means
The calendar is where you look back at days that already have a weather mark. The empty-state line reads 这天还没记录情绪: this day does not have a mood recorded yet. A second explanation says that a blank cell means the day has not been recorded. A blank is therefore not a symbol for a calm day, and it is not a symbol for a bad day. It only means the cell does not yet hold a weather mark.
When you look back, separate marked days from blank days. A marked day keeps the weather you chose then. A blank day stays unrecorded. A row of blanks is not a history that someone else can grade.
A day can also keep a short note
Besides the weather word, a day can keep a short note. The note is a brief line attached to that day, not a second long essay. Set This Moment Down is a different counter: one free note a day, up to five hundred characters, with the home wording 把此刻轻轻放下. Do not treat the calendar note and that five-hundred-character note as the same input.
A short note can add a detail the weather word does not carry. If the mark is fog, the note can be one sentence you yourself will understand later. This article does not declare the note mandatory, and it does not invent a character limit for it. Whether it is required, and how long it may be, is whatever the record screen shows when you open it.
How to read the mark later
When you open the calendar on a later day, you see the weather you selected and the short note you left. The record helps you remember which weather that day was closest to. It does not generate a diagnosis. The twelve words include brightness, letting go, being comforted, and slowly growing back, and they also include feeling low, wronged, lost, irritable, angry, numb, lonely, and anxious. They sit in one list so different days each have a word you can tap.

Does a blank cell mean the day felt good?
No. A blank cell means the day has not been recorded. The empty state says 这天还没记录情绪. Without a mark, the cell itself does not say clear, rain, or any other weather.
Can two weathers be saved for the same day?
The screen says you can record only once a day, and that you should choose the weather most like this moment. This guide does not describe a second choice being accepted. If feelings move back and forth, the record is still one closest weather from the list.
